From an order value of 178,50/150,00€² we offer a free shipping parcel shipment.

For freight forwarding, please inquire with your zip code, we will determine the cheapest transport offer for you.

Deliveries to other European countries: from 9,40/7,90€² per order

You can determine the country-specific shipping price to your delivery address directly from the shopping cart.
From an order value of 178,50/150,00€² we offer free parcel shipping to most European countries.

For freight forwarding, please inquire with your zip code, we will determine the cheapest transport offer for you.

Deliveries abroad (worldwide): from 42,90€ per order for parcel shipment

You can determine the country-specific shipping price to your delivery address directly from the shopping cart.
From an order value of 300.00€ we offer free parcel shipping.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.

Further details on payment

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
A minimum order value of 11,90/10,00€² applies to the payment methods Paypal, SOFORT, Apple Pay, Bancontact, blik, Giropay, iDEAL, Mercado Pago, MyBank, Przelewy24, Venmo, PayPal Credit, Satispay and credit card.

For transfers from abroad, all bank charges are to be paid by the customer. We recommend a SEPA transfer in EURO!
