Under article number 315861 we supply the direct-acting Burkert toggle valve Type 0131 (3/2-way distribution valve) with a PVC plastic body, internal thread G1/2 and FKM seal in orifice DN 10. Thanks to the diaphragm separation between actuator and body, the solenoid actuator does not come into contact with the medium.
How the Burkert valve Type 0131 DN 10 switches
As a distribution valve, pressure port 1 (P) is connected to working port 2 (B) in the rest position and working port 4 (A) is closed. The valve is direct-acting and switches from 0 bar, i.e. without minimum pressure; the pressure range of this version extends to 1 bar, the Kv value for water is 2 m³/h. According to the data sheet, it opens in 10 to 20 ms and closes in 40 to 60 ms. The manual override with locking function simplifies commissioning and maintenance.
Electrical connection and coil
The coil for 24 V UC (AC/DC) is moulded in chemically highly resistant epoxy and block-screwed, which makes it vibration-proof. The integrated kick-and-drop electronics reduce the power after pull-in (100 W) to 9 W during operation. It is connected via plug contacts to DIN EN 175301-803 form A; with a cable plug, the valve achieves IP65. The cable plug Type 2518 is included. Plastic bodies are connected to the line via union nut and connection fitting.

What valve 315861 is suited for
It switches aggressive and non-aggressive liquids, neutral gases and aggressive gases according to their diffusion properties, up to a viscosity of 37 mm²/s.
