With SS 19 T you receive a sandblast coupling by Ludecke. Connection is made via Hose 19x6. The overall length is 154 mm. The width is 63 mm. The material used is malleable iron zinc-plated and yellow passivated. Sealing is by NBR.

What SS 19 T is built for

Sandblast couplings are a system related to the claw coupling with a claw spacing of 58 mm. The head dimensions are always the same within the system, so the parts are mutually compatible. Caution: this article is a KIG 54 with a screwed-in steel tube and therefore has a claw width of 42 mm instead of the 58 mm of the rest of the sandblast range. The hose runs inside the coupling and is fixed from outside with retaining screws. The blasting medium therefore does not hit the fitting directly, which slows wear considerably. The catalogue requires a safety device to be used when coupled and recommends the USC-1 safety pin for that. As a replacement seal Ludecke offers ring SKD. The fittings are used on blasting plants and cabinets and on stationary and mobile blasting units. The maximum operating pressure is PN 12 bar. The temperature range is -15 to +50 °C. The catalogue names blasting medium as the medium.
